第一封邮件内容很重要,这决定了你发的邮件,客户会不会看到,看完。

开发信禁忌:
1、长篇大论
采购经理不会花太多时间阅读没有建档的供应商邮件,看到长篇大论,极大可能直接删除
2、附件有压缩包、文档,链接
(很容易被视为钓鱼,垃圾邮件),被拉进黑名单
3、尽量避免给人一种群发的体验感
①:尽量简洁,标题不能超过50个字符(25个汉字) ,否则容易被屏蔽
②慎用字体,避免使用大写
③控制邮件大小,一般在70K一下
④邮件标题避免引号惊叹号、货币符号、免费电话、英文全部大写
⑤设置多个开发信,主题,避免重复信息发送时间长被屏蔽,定期更换标题,内容,提升新鲜感。
重点:开发信要简洁,表明重点,建立互动性,拉近客户阅读体验,

首先,标题很重要,我一般是:
1、please check ,professional XX OEM manufacturer.
2、hey,are you looking for xxx?
3、News ,xx products launched .
开发信模板一:
Dear xx,
Hi!
I am Choie from XX company which is specializing in xx products over X years,XX and XXare our distributor ,we are a reliable OEM supplier.
I checked you website carefully and found we have many simliar products,we have failth in our products to expend your local market.
Price list and Catolog will be sent if you needed?

另外,列举了两个知名品牌,增加客户测样信心,如果没有合作过知名的,可以说普通的也行,客户会觉得是其他国家的知名品牌。

金句:I got your contact from my customer Andrey,阐明是合作客户介绍你给我的,回复率提高,(可以不细说名字,Andrey是我客户重名率最高的,可以举你客户群体重名率最高的)
提到你有看过客户网站,表明自己很了解他所在国家的市场情况,这个作为买家很感兴趣。
另外还有“i checked your website”这句话,基本不会从我开发信内容消失。

开发信禁忌:
国外采购经理不会花太多时间阅读没有建档的供应商邮件,所以初次开发信以简短为主,避免用大写,惊叹号,货币符号,另外别带附件压缩包,链接等,邮件大小控制在70K以下。
做销售要经常站在客户的角度分析一件事情,慢慢你就会悟出很多给你业绩带来增长的点子。
多换位思考,站在采购商的角度去思考问题。
